Total body fitness
A new fitness class starting October at Risca leisure centre. I hold a teaching certificate in fitness and 3 degree black belt in TBD together with many years experience in rugby, boxing and athletics.
Each session will concentrate on Core strength, increase range of movement, dynamic power, cardio and redevelopment of posture amongst others.
The class will run on a Thursday evening from Oct-07- 8:00 – 9:00pm @ £3 per session
